THE DIAMONDS OF RAS EL- KHAIMAH HOTEL is made up of three pre-dominant towers – a hotel tower, a residential tower & an administrative tower – that are twenty storeys high and are entirely pre-wired for internet use and advanced video-conferencing to facilitate plug-and-play for tenants. The basement contains diamond factories that supply the 120 diamond-selling stores above them. This hotel has a built up area of 120,000 m² and it is located in Ras El-Khaimah (U.A.E). Our scope of work covers the architecture, MEP engineering and landscape architecture of the hotel.
